MISSION STATEMENT
To empower children to gain control over their behaviors by developing their individual strengths.

VISION
Children and adolescents will be treated as individuals while developing coping skills and social skills needed to function effectively in family, social and community settings.

ADMISSION/REFERRALS
Children between the ages of 12-18 are eligible for the program. These children need to have behavior and/or emotional issues that cause interference in their daily living. Referrals to the program come from, but are not limited to, DYFS, Child Study Teams, Families and Probation. All referrals and intake appointments can be made through Ty-Anna Jones 856-582-3900.

 

FUNDING SOURCES
Partial care services are paid for when medically indicated by Medicaid, NJ FamilyCare or in some cases private pay.  Consumers with private or no insurance will be referred to an Executive Committee to determine eligibility for placement on a sliding fee scale.  We are contracted through Department for Children & Families in the State of New Jersey.

Our behavior management system provides positive reinforcement for consumers as they work towards their goals. It also helps consumers accept responsibility for their actions and encourages them to make effective choices.

The DISCOVER partial care located on the Williamstown Campus serves adolescents ages 12-18. This program provides intervention, strategies and activities that assist individuals in acquiring appropriate behaviors to re-enter the community. In addition to the services offered in the HOPE program, the adolescents develop skills within the realm of:

• Identifying Possible Career Choices
• Appropriate Workforce Attitudes
• Responding to Criticism
• Decision Making
• Dealing with Interpersonal Issues
• Dealing with Psychiatric Symptoms
• Gender Group
