Archway Programs held its Annual Employee Recognition Breakfast on April 17, 2026, at the Upper School Career Center. George Richards, President and Chief Financial Officer, along with Shawn Gibson, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, presented the following awards:
Pam Clark, Administrative Secretary, Employee of the Year
- Mike Smalley, Maintenance Supervisor, received the Leader of the Year Award.
- Pam Clark, Administrative Secretary, was named Employee of the Year.
- James Ruble, I.T. Help Desk Support, also received the Employee of the Year award.
Awards were also given to employees in recognition of their dedication to Archway Programs, celebrating service milestones ranging from 5 to 45 years.
Tom Grant, Wood’s System of Care EVP, System CFO & CIO; and Ron Kennedy, Archway Programs Board of Trustees Chairperson, were also in attendance.
